This privacy policy governs your use of the software application ShopBuddy (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by MyAppatory. The Application is a “Shopping App” which allows the user to createa shopping list for one or more stores and use this list while shopping.

The Application obtains no user information. No login or user credentials are required. The app does not ask for, nor collect any personal information.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device, and your mobile operating system. This information is collected for statistical purposes only.
In addition, the user’s shopping list may be saved on a server should the user want to share their shopping lists with others. Again there is no personal identification or other information that could be used to identify the user. No GPS information is collected nor saved. There is no way to link this information to any individual as no personal information is associated with this.
This Application does not collect any information about the location of your mobile device.
The only information collected, as indicated above is related to the device in use, and not related to a person. It is used for statistical purposes only and is not shared with 3rd parties.
